“Come Share Our Heritage”
A three day celebration of our Anglo-Celtic
music and dance traditions.
The Performers -
Creole cowboyZ:
Creole cowboyZ - (Yep, they insist on spelling
it like that!) are six seasoned musicians who showcase their signature
“Gator Music”, inspired by Creole-French traditions of Southern Louisiana.

Sharing lead and harmony vocals, these multi-instrumentalists also love
their Cajun-Zydeco, Country Rock, Bluegrass and New Orleans Blues,
guaranteeing an infectious blend of danceable enjoyment.
Among other things, they play Cajun French Button Accordions, Frottoir
(pronounced ‘frott-waah’, and also known as the Zydeco Rub-board), Piano
accordion, Keyboard, Guitars, Mandolin, Banjo, Harp and even a Didgeridoo!
Their on-stage high-jinks and unique blend of instruments make for a
terrific musical treat for everyone, and their highly ‘visual’ act
emphasizes their love to ‘keep the fun in the music’, sometimes even joining
folks on the dance floor as they play.
The cowboyZ have enjoyed enormous support since their formation in 2005, and
are now looking forward to the release of a ‘live’ CD/DVD combo in the next
few months featuring recordings and footage captured at previous
performances this year.
