“Come Share Our Heritage”
A three day celebration of our Anglo-Celtic
music and dance traditions. 14 year old Siobhan was born in North Wales to a Welsh father and Irish mother,
and has certainly inherited the rich Celtic singing tradition.
Siobhan is a chorister and soloist with Adelaide's St Francis Xavier Cathedral Choir, a winner of many local Eisteddfods and a performer in youth operas and musicals. She has delighted audiences with her "hauntingly beautiful" Celtic singing at such venues as Port Adelaide’s Celtica ’07, the Festival Theatre (when aged 12), Radio Adelaide’s Live Music Fest, St Peter’s Cathedral and at 2007 Fringe Festival, where she was invited to sing with French harpist/singer Cecile Corbel (after meeting her on MySpace!).  www.siobhanowen.com |
